1. Agreement
By downloading or using Listbase, you agree to these terms and Apple's applicable App Store terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Licence and acceptable use
You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use Listbase on supported Apple devices. You must not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, use it unlawfully or infringe another person's rights.
3. Your content
You keep responsibility for information you enter, import or export. You confirm that you have the right to use that information. You are responsible for maintaining suitable backups and for protecting exported files.
4. Availability and changes
Features may be improved, changed or discontinued. iCloud, the App Store and device authentication are provided by Apple and may be unavailable at times. Compatibility may change as operating systems and devices evolve.
5. Free version and Listbase Pro
The free version may limit the number of lists, items per list and saved views. Listbase Pro removes those limits through a one-time in-app purchase. The price shown in the app is provided by the App Store and may vary by region. Purchases, refunds and family sharing, if available, are managed under Apple's policies. You can use Restore Purchase in the app for an eligible previous purchase.
6. Important data notice
No software or cloud service can guarantee that data will never be lost or become unavailable. Keep an appropriate backup of important information. Review imported data before relying on it, especially after changing field types or restoring a backup.
7. Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Listbase is supplied “as is” and “as available”, without warranties not required by law. It is a general organisation tool and is not intended for emergency, medical, legal, financial, safety-critical or other high-risk use.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that rule, the publisher is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, loss caused by third-party services, or loss resulting from failure to maintain backups.
8. Ending use
You may stop using and delete the app at any time. The publisher may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the app, users or legal rights.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, while preserving any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live. Courts located in other countries will have jurisdiction where legally permitted.
10. Changes
These terms may be updated. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
