1. Overview
This policy explains how Listbase handles information when you use the app and website. Listbase is designed to store the content you create for your own use.
2. Information you create
Listbase can store folders, lists, fields, items, saved views, filter settings and related values. This may include any information you choose to enter. Avoid storing information you do not have the right to keep.
The marketing website in this package does not include analytics, advertising trackers, account registration or contact forms. Standard server logs may still be created by whichever hosting provider you choose.
3. iCloud storage and sync
The app uses Apple's private iCloud database to sync app data. Apple processes this data under the terms and privacy choices connected to your Apple Account. Availability and retention may depend on your iCloud settings and service status.
4. Purchases
Listbase Pro is purchased through Apple's App Store. Apple handles payment information and purchase processing. The app checks App Store entitlement information to determine whether Pro features are available. Listbase does not receive your full payment card details.
5. Device authentication
If you protect content, Listbase asks iOS to authenticate you using Face ID, Touch ID or the device passcode. Biometric matching is handled by the device. Listbase does not receive or store your biometric template.
6. Imports, exports and deletion
You can import CSV and Listbase backup files. You can export backup files and selected content. Exported files are controlled by you and may contain the information stored in the app. Deleted items may remain in Deleted Items until you remove them permanently. Information synced through iCloud may also be subject to Apple's synchronisation and retention processes.
7. Children
Listbase is a general productivity tool and is not directed specifically to children. Do not enter personal information about a child unless you have a lawful reason and appropriate permission.
8. Your choices and rights
You can view, change, export and delete the information you create in Listbase. You may also disable iCloud for the app using Apple's device settings. Depending on where you live, you may have additional data protection rights. Contact the publisher to make a request.
9. Changes
This policy may change when Listbase, the website or legal requirements change. A new effective date will be shown above.
